Online Booking and Appointments Policy

To ensure we can provide timely care and reserve dedicated time for every patient, our office requires a reservation payment when scheduling appointments.

Appointment Reservation Payment

A $50 appointment reservation payment is required to secure your appointment.

This payment will be applied toward the cost of your visit on the day of your appointment.

The reservation payment is non-refundable.

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify our office at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will result in the reservation payment being forfeited.

Appointment Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

The reservation payment will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

Missed Appointments

Patients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not notify the office will forfeit the reservation payment.

A new reservation payment may be required to schedule future appointments.

Policy Exceptions

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. Exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases of illness, emergencies, or severe weather at the discretion of the office.
