During your first visit to our office, you will get to know Alex Harris, DDS and our team. Come prepared with any questions you have
regarding your dental health and we will be happy to answer them.

What to Bring
We ask that you arrive a few minutes before your first appointment to complete any paperwork you did not already fill out and submit online. Please bring the following:
- A list of current medications and any relevant medical history
- Any referral slips
- A list of questions you would like to ask the dentist
- Valid method of payment
Parents of Minors
A parent or legal guardian must be present in the office for us to provide treatment to a minor patient.
What to Expect
For most patients, the first visit to a dentist’s office includes an exam and cleaning. In these cases, a dental hygienist will take X-rays and clean your teeth, then Alex Harris, DDS will perform an exam. For other services, we may take additional X-rays or 3D scans prior to treatment. You and Alex Harris, DDS work together to design the treatment plan to reach your dental goals.
Dental Imaging
Our office is equipped with traditional X-ray and advanced 3D imaging technology to evaluate your teeth and create digital impressions.

Please remember that you are responsible for all fees accrued by our office. We accept the following payment methods:

Our office makes it possible to finance your treatments. Ask our front desk staff about financing your dental care at your next appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot make an appointment or need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are canceled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
